Membership can be paid conveniently annually, semiannually, quarterly or monthly. We are confident, our model delivers the care you deserve and we tailor the payments for you. Call us for more details.

Non-member Services
The only concierge practice that has services for non-members
Iasis Boutique Health is different from other concierge practices. We offer pre-operative evaluations for non-members.
If a non-member is seen by the doctor and decides the same day to be a member of our family then we waive the visit fee!
