In IASIS Boutique Health we accept patients ages 18 and older. Our main focus is preventive care and we cover routinely chronic medical conditions such as heart diseases, pulmonary diseases, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, obesity, and all spectrum of internal medicine. Yes. Dr Georgios Karanastasis is certified by American Board of Internal Medicine. He meets and will continue to meet all CME (continuing medical education) requirements to maintain his certification active.

Annual fee is $2500 for 1 person and $3500 for family of 2 members. For additional members of your family, please call the office for heavily discounted price. IASIS annual membership guarantees no copays and there are no additional charges for office visits, televisits, or any other type of communication with your doctor.

Following services are covered in the annual fee (no extra charges):

• Initial visit. During this visit, your doctor will take a comprehensive history, examine you in detail and establish a thorough plan of care.
• An annual preventive physical. During this visit your doctor will go over your preventive tests that recommends you to be done.
• Follow up office visits (scheduled office visits). To ensure the plan of care is followed thoroughly.
• Urgent or sick visits
• Management of chronic conditions and associated office visits.
• Televisits via HIPPA compliant platform that is used by IASIS Boutique Health.
• Coordination of care. We streamline your health by making the appointments with specialists. We do-not guarantee earlier appointments as we have to follow the schedule protocol of each specialist.
• 24/7 direct access to your doctor. Your doctor will be available whenever you need him anytime, any day during the week.
• Point of care testing done in our office: Hba1c (accurate number of glucose to diagnosis diabetes or pre diabetes), Lipid panel (cholesterol level), strep rapid test, flu rapid test, covid 19 rapid test and INR (number to adjust warfarin - a medication that is used as a blood thinner)
• Annual blood test that includes: CBC (blood count), CMP (kidney function, liver function), Lipid profile (cholesterol levels) , Hba1c (accurate sugar number to diagnose diabetes and prediabetes), Urinalysis.
• EKG (done upon discretion of your doctor)
• Home visits. If needed and upon our discretion we will come to see you at your home or corporate office.

IASIS Boutique Health does not accept health insurances, since we think that they are responsible for our failing healthcare system. Instead, all above services are covered fully by the annual fee.

No. IASIS Boutique Health offers labs to be done at the office or any where the patient wants. You have the option to use your insurance if you want to have the blood test in our office or in another facility. Exclusively for our members and for patients they come for preoperative evaluation we offer heavily discounted prices, if blood test done in our office. This is feasible because of our collaboration with American Medical Lab. By paying a small amount of money you will avoid all the hassle, hidden fees and bureaucracy of health insurances. Your doctor will coordinate closely with the Hospitalist team. After many years of practicing, your doctor established long-term relationships with brilliant specialists and hospital teams. Our extensive excellent network with specialists will give to our patients extra ordinary care.

You can reach your doctor or his personal assistant directly during regular office hours, via text message, email or phone through our secure HIPPA compliant application. Or you can use the portal we will provide you upon subscription. Of course, you can also reach your doctor directly after hours for emergency medical issues.

Appointment scheduling is available via direct communication with our personal assistant by phone call, message on our secure application, email or through our EMR portal. You will enjoy unhurried same day or next day appointments.

Our mission is to keep you out of the emergency room by providing excellent and timely care. Our patients can receive emergency care at any hospital or facility in which they have insurance coverage. Your doctor will be available for direct consultation with any emergency care physician or any other physician involved in your care. Emergency room visits and hospitalizations will be billed to your insurance.

Yes! Free for our members! We offer home or corporate office visits upon our discretion and on a case by case basis.
